I studied architecture at the University of Catania, specialising in landscape and urban planning. In 2019, I expanded my knowledge in sustainability by pursuing a Master’s degree at the Polytechnic University of Milan in “Sustainable Buildings and Infrastructures.” During this course, I delved into topics related to green urban planning and the green economy, as well as the BIM approach to sustainability, Life Cycle Assessment, and environmental rating systems such as LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and ENVISION. In 2021, I became a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP).

Since 2020, I have been working with the LAND Group, focusing on strategic planning and contributing to the LAND Research Lab. My research and consultancy work centres on innovative approaches, sustainability strategies, data-driven methodologies, and the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nature-based solutions.
