Amicizia dei Popoli Park

The new Amicizia dei Popoli Park is located in the municipality of Costermano sul Garda, precisely in Baesse, and covers a total area of about 2 hectares. The characteristic element of the new intervention is the 1.846-square-meter water basin containing a dedicated phyto-purification area of 556 square meters. Bio-lake purification takes place through the use of natural elements, mainly plants and gravel, which can make water clean and healthy and trigger a self-regulating balanced system. The planting of 89 trees, including linden trees, hornbeams, oaks, rowan trees, cherry trees, and shrubs, represents a key component for a new ecosystem able to establish specific habitats that will be colonized by a varied fauna over time. Therefore, Amicizia dei Popoli Park becomes a great founding opportunity for “new landscapes” capable of enhancing existing resources and revitalizing the landscapes of everyday life.

Sport Park

The new Sports Park is an important attraction for the Marciaga district and for the territory of Costermano sul Garda. The new Park embraces the Bicigrill and expands around a sinuous gravel path. In the Bicigrill, in addition to functional spaces for bicycle rental and repair, there are multifunctional indoor and outdoor spaces for events and children’s parties. The goal is to create a place not only for relaxation but also for entertaining and artistic activities.

Around the main path of the Park, there are three thematic areas: – The invitation island hinges between the pedestrian path and the entrance to the Sports park. It is configured as access to the Park, a place of aggregation and sociality, and welcomes facilities for parking and information;

• Move freely, where teenagers and children can move freely between spaces furnished with avant-garde games and climbing equipment;
• First steps, designed for the youngest, where children can move their first steps in absolutely comfortable spaces.
