Strategic Planning
LAND collaborates with municipalities, public administrations, and companies with the goal of creating lively and sustainable cities. From spatial strategies to environment- and landscape-oriented masterplans to urban planning practice, we support clients in developing their visions of a sustainable future.
Our planning and design process starts by observing and listening to the people who live, work and play in a particular space, in order to understand their needs and aspirations related to that space and their community as a whole.
Our masterplan design can be recognized by the unique connection it creates between territorial development and the specific character of each place. We develop strategies strongly committed to sustainability, aimed at promoting social inclusion, economic growth, and biodiversity.

Green-Blue Infrastructure & Nature-Positive Cities
Designing green infrastructure requires us to rethink the paradigms of public space. Sustainable mobility, connectivity, and innovation represent an opportunity to improve the environmental, social and economic impacts on the spaces where we live.
We intervene in the landscape, redefining relationships with the surrounding region and the balance between human activity and natural elements. On one hand, we act with precision in the local context, while on the other we use a unified, broad scale strategy that allows us to reinterpret local resources and re-establish a move towards enhanced livability and environmental quality.

Cultural Landscapes & Agro-Ecology Strategies
We facilitate the fostering of culture in landscapes to promote innovation and encourage a rediscovery of rural heritage and identity. Alongside the current trend of rapid urbanization, a rural renaissance is also gaining ground. We are committed to taking action to enhance agro-environments and their tangible and intangible heritage.
We also create regional and landscape strategies through local cooperation and multi-level stakeholder involvement. Sustainability, cultural heritage, and promotion of the uniqueness of individual regions are key elements in many of our projects.

Energy and Productive Landscapes
- The transition to a carbon neutral economy becomes a great opportunity to combine energy and ecological transition into concrete strategies and actions that can improve our quality of life and our impact on the planet.
- The landscape becomes a platform where new technologies and production facilities can move into a virtuous relationship with urban, agricultural, and natural systems.
- Using a holistic approach, our strategies and projects aim to harmoniously integrate the new energy and industrial production functions into the landscapes that accommodate them, allowing them to become opportunities to regenerate parts of cities, territories, and ecosystems.
