Vercelli Green Transition – A revolution in progress

Andreas Kipar, interviewed by journalist Roberto Maggio for La Stampa, explains the green transition for the city of Vercelli: A custom-made suit!

“It will be a gradual change, creating an appetite for new public spaces in the city. (…) In the coming years, all municipalities must address the issue of putting traffic out of the centre: Vercelli will be an example internationally, and the city must be proud. Having a new generation of urban parks that produces nature in the context of a historic city is a unique example.”

A place that invites people to feel part of the ecological transition. A next-generation urban pathway that produces nature in a historic city context by breaking up the asphalt, giving new life to the land, and shifting the focus to nature, featuring a proper balance between artificial green and ecosystem green.
