Jens Hoffmann at Cities of Tomorrow 2024: Exploring Sustainable Urban Living Beyond Infrastructure

Organised by the German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Romania), the event aims to bring together key figures from the public and private sectors to discuss future strategies for sustainable urban living.
This year’s theme, “Beyond Infrastructure for Sustainable Urban Living,” emphasizes the need to move beyond the physical aspects of infrastructure development and focus on innovative, holistic approaches that foster resilience, sustainable mobility, and energy efficiency. Jens Hoffmann will contribute to the main panel, sharing LAND’s expertise in integrating nature-based solutions into urban planning to create both liveable and sustainable future-proof cities.
With Romania’s cities, including Oradea, reaching a new stage in infrastructure maturity, the conference serves as a crucial platform for discussing strategies to maintain and intelligently utilize existing infrastructures while enhancing urban quality of life.
