Anatomy of Public Space, workshop at Milano Arch Week 24
"Anatomy of Public Space: Do you know your urban body?" is a participatory design workshop dedicated to problems and solutions in city design.
The workshop on Thursday, May 23 from 6.30 to 8.30 PM, at the premises of Park Associati, originates from “Anatomy of Public Space: A Multidisciplinary Perspective”, a collaborative research initiative by Park Plus, LAND Research Lab, and Transform Transport ETS Foundation. This project explores public spaces through the lenses of architecture, landscape, and mobility, offering a comprehensive narrative of their role in modern cities.
At the heart of this workshop is collaboration. We start with an overview of the themes from the publication “Anatomy of Public Space.” Then, participants are divided into groups and guided by workshop presenters. Each group creatively interprets key issues of contemporary public space using provided graphic materials. The workshop culminates in a collaborative session where groups present their solutions in a final pecha-kucha format.
Take advantage of this opportunity to delve into the dynamics of public spaces and contribute to innovative urban solutions! Please use the Eventbrite link to register.
