Cooperation with Bauhaus Universität Weimar
LAND will cooperate with Bauhaus-Universität Weimar as a Model Project Partner within the Integrated Urban Development and Design (IUDD) study programme, Reflective Urban Practice.
LAND is excited to announce a new partnership with Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, joining their Integrated Urban Development and Design (IUDD) study program, Reflective Urban Practice, as a Model Project Partner. This collaboration aligns with our commitment to pioneering future cities and landscapes through innovative design and sustainable practices.
As part of this partnership, LAND will host students during the practical semester, which peaks at the annual International Model Project Forum. This offers students a unique, hands-on opportunity to engage with our projects across our international locations, experiencing firsthand our vision for transforming urban environments.
Highlighting the program, Jens Hoffmann and our CIO, Nikolas Neubert, Tuesday 30 April, delivered a keynote lecture titled “#nAIture: Leading with Landscape” in Weimar. The lecture introduced the September cohort to radical new approaches that integrate nature as a central element in urban planning. By leveraging advanced tools like artificial intelligence, the lecture explored how these technologies can redefine our interaction with urban spaces, emphasizing the enhancement of green and blue infrastructures in our cities.
This initiative is a significant step towards rethinking urban landscapes, where nature and innovative technology drive sustainable and transformative urban solutions.
