The selected candidate will lead landscape and urban projects, managing client relations and project outcomes. Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, and expertise in project management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Communicating LAND’s vision and strengthening the brand.
• Close consultation and advisory with clients and authorities.
• Managing costs, performance, outcomes, and quality.
• Acquiring new projects.
• Leading landscape and urban projects.
• Motivating and developing the team, with personnel responsibility.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban planning.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Proven leadership experience and entrepreneurial mindset is desired.
• High motivation, independence, and quick decision-making skills.
• Strong networking skills, commitment, and resilience.
