On 6 September, Mark van der Woude attended the topping-out ceremony for the wvm Group’s innovative project LÜCK in Cologne Ehrenfeld, a neighbourhood with an industrial past and a lively mix of cultures. The new residential complex on Subbelrather Strasse is impressive with its combination of modern architecture, sustainable energy supply, and social integration.

Between 2018 and 2022, LAND Germany was involved in the service phases LP2-4, focusing on outdoor facilities and proposing a lively, multifunctional inner courtyard with play areas, vegetation and recreational zones for young and old.
We are happy to see the project nearing completion for a place where you will find the best of both worlds: a lively urban lifestyle and a quiet retreat in a modern, sustainable neighbourhood where the users can reconnect with nature on their doorstep!
